Mat-Based Stretch and Strengthen Classes
(4-week series)

Chronic illness can take a toll on our body’s ability to support our daily movements. In this series of classes, we’ll use a mat-based yoga/stretching and gentle foundational strength exercises. This class is for those who are comfortable getting down to the floor and will support building a solid base for our activities of daily living after chronic illness. These classes are appropriate for anyone comfortable with getting down on the floor.
45 min class- 30 mins of “work” with 15 mins split between intro and follow up.
