If you have felt defeated or confused about food and exercise, this program will help heal and align yourself with what is best for your own body. We are all biologically individual and no one
way of taking care of our bodies is appropriate for everyone. In a society heavily laden with diet culture, let's bring ourselves back to what is most authentic for us when it comes to eating and moving our bodies. In this 12-week program, we will work through the 10 principles of intuitive eating as created by Evelyn Tribole, MS, RDN and Elyse Resch, MS, RDN. We will also be working on intuitively moving and discovering activity that feels good for you in your body as well as tools for finding out what you need more of in your life and what it's time to release in order to best support your overall wellness. We'll work on realizing where diet culture impacts us, how to reclaim the word wellness from an industry who has used it to gate keep and exclude people, work on making peace with our bodies instead of feeling like we're fighting them, take the focus off weight and refocus on how to listen to your body and follow it's very smart lead, and much more.
