Emotional Release Class
Our lives are made up of emotional and physical experiences. Every lived experience holds both. We are spiritual beings in a physical body. Learning to recognize, sit with, process, and release emotions for our mental/emotional health and our physical health is necessary. This is often not something we are taught. When we don’t fully connect with and process our emotions, they don’t get process out of our physical bodies. This can cause many different symptoms.
Physically, this can look like:
- pain points in the body
- tension
- muscle tightness
- muscle weakness
- being prone to injury
- feeling fatigued
- misaligned posturing
Emotionally, mentally, and relationally, this may impact:
- your internal dialogue
- your reactions to events or people
- your ability to move forward in life
- your belief systems, your ability to regulate your emotions
- your authenticity
- your ability to regulate
This class is beneficial for everyone. Each week, we will work on the floor using gentle stretching, yin yoga, tension release, relaxation, meditation, and other tools to help physically, energetically, and mentally release experiences that have gotten stuck in our bodies.
