Using the Aura Field / Astral Body
Everyone is welcome! This class focuses on reiki energy healing. Learn about a variety of reiki topics and techniques including auric field cleanse, intention setting for personal growth and shifting focus from the physical body allowing the astral body to thrive.
Classes will be once a week for three weeks. Each class will include instruction on a reiki concept and breath work exercise. Each class will end with time for questions and answers.
