Reiki: Symbols and Mantras
Everyone is welcome! This class focuses on reiki energy healing. Instruction, practice and meditation using symbols and mantras. In the system of Reiki there are three symbols and mantras taught in the second level. We will share the history of each of these symbols and participate in chanting the mantras before sharing a deep meditation. Each class will explore one symbol and mantra. In this practice, you will peel away more layers becoming closer and closer to your true self, your great bright light!
Classes will be once a week for three weeks. Each class will include instruction on a reiki concept and breath work exercise. Each class will end with time for questions and answers.
