Heart Chakra Meditation
Learn how to connect with and balance your heart chakra to create a deeper love for yourself, for those you interact with throughout the day and for your community. In this 3-part meditation series, you will learn what the heart chakra is, how it works in the energy body, how to connect quickly and deeply with the energy stored here and how to create healing for yourself and those you love. Classes will be held online, including a period of time for discussion, meditation and questions/feedback.
