Chair Stretch, Strengthen, and Balance Class
(4-week series)

Chronic illness can take a toll on our body’s ability to support our daily movements. In this series of classes, we’ll use chair yoga/stretching, gentle foundational strength exercises in our chair, and some standing balance exercises. This begins to build a solid base for our activities of daily living after chronic illness. These classes are also appropriate for everyone!
45 min class- 30 mins of “work” with 15 mins split between intro and follow up.
