Monthly Release and Intention Setting Class

In this class I will provide time and space for reflection on the previous month's experiences. We will take time on our mats using gentle movement, stretching, yin yoga, and tension release tools to sit with and process those experiences so they don’t get stuck in our bodies. I will then lead you through a meditation and create time for you to set intention for the month to come.
