The ability to guide energy through our body is based in simple techniques. In this sixty minute meditation, learn how to access your energy through the use of breath, visualization and intent. Each online session will begin with a brief instruction on the mechanics of the color and flow of a typical energy field and chakra system. You will use this instruction to guide your own healing for enhanced relaxation, clarity, personal healing and growth. This mediation practice can be used daily for chronic pain, emotional grounding and personal perspective and guidance among other things. Classes are stand-alone and do not build on another another. All faiths and levels of experience welcome.

System Requirements: You will receive an invitation via email to join the meditation. You will have to install an app (takes about 5 minutes) on your smartphone, tablet or computer.
Registration: You must register in advance no later than 4:00 EST on the day of the meditation. If less than four registrations, the class will be postponed/cancelled.
